NMI has been investigating toxic tort cases since the early 1980’s and asbestos defense investigations since the early 1990’s and are experts at creating investigation plans that address both product identification claims and develop alternative exposure theories. NMI's expertise also includes locating witnesses on workplace conditions and events that occurred in previous decades; comprehensive witness interviews; drafting and executing witness declarations and affidavits, and process service of difficult or evasive parties. Asbestos investigations are conducted nationwide and abroad for both local and national clients and defense attorney firms.
